Gas booster system with SF6 recovery

The system pumps SF6 in both gas and liquid phases and is powered by compressed air and 230V electricity. The air-driven pump can be operated in both double-acting and two-stage modes. Switching between them occurs automatically when the ratio between the inlet pressure and outlet pressure is sufficiently large. At pressures below atmospheric, the electric-driven vacuum pump starts and feeds the air-driven one.
